Q. What is the difference between renting from you or Boardwalk/Myrtlewood?

 

       A.   When you rent from rental agencies (Boardwalk/Myrtlewood) you are just another customer and you get the room they have available, maybe not what you saw in their advertisement. When you rent from me, you get exactly what you see in the pictures, plus personalized service. When you rent from me, you cut out the add on prices the rental agencies charge. By renting from the owner you get both a better price and individual service for the same luxury accommodation.


QWhat amenities do you provide that others may not?

 

      A.  All linens, towels, vacuum, iron and ironing board, DVD player, new flat screen tv’s and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils are provided. Wall mounted hair dryers are provided in the bathroom.


Q. What happens if I have a service issue during my stay?

 

      A. I have on-call maintenance to take care of any issues you may have, in a timely manner. I want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.


Q. Is there a reservation deposit required?

 

       A.  Yes, there is a deposit required to reserve your reservation and it is applied to your outstanding balance.


Q.  Is there a security deposit required?

 

      A.  No, there is a $25.00 non refundable insurance fee included in your quote.


Q. What is check-in / check-out time?

 

      A. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm  Check-out is no later than 10:00 am


Q. What is you pet/smoking policy?

 

      A. No pets are allowed at anytime.  No smoking is allowed inside the condo at  anytime. Failure to abide by these rules will be grounds for eviction with no refund.


QWhy should I pay a clean up fee?

 

     A.  In order to provide the very best possible accommodations I have a personal housekeeper as my cleaner. This allows for more attention to detail that is required for your stay. It is included in your quote.


Q. What other charges can I expect?

 

      A.  None! Our quotes are all inclusive. There are no other charges.


Q. Is wireless internet provided?

 

    A.   YES!   It has been added for your convenience.


Q. Are there any other restrictions that I should be aware of?

 

      A.  YES, no trailers, watercraft, buses, motor-homes, or motorcycles are permitted on the property.  (Applies to Myrtlewood Only )
